About

Aaron Moar is the founding director of Infinite Sound School of Guitar. He is a passionate music educator with a focus on sharing knowledge and skills so that students can achieve their own goals. Commencing his music journey as a young classically trained saxophonist and songwriter, Aaron went on to graduate from his degree in music theory, history and technology and spent the next two decades focusing on his career in the Australian Music Industry as a guitarist and music business manager/promoter.

With the development of the Infinite Sound School of Guitar program, Aaron draws upon 30+ years’ experience, including:

  • Qualification as a Prep-12 school music teacher.
  • Live performer in original/cover bands and as a solo performer.
  • Recording artist, music producer and sound engineer.
  • DJ and event MC.
  • Pre-school Music Presenter.
  • Music journalist for Melbourne street press.

At its inception in 2010, the Infinite Sound guitar program catered to a handful of after-hours private students.  By 2015 Infinite Sound had extended its services to become an in-depth guitar course offered to primary aged children during school hours. With the introduction of additional online learning options, Infinite Sound School of Guitar’s engaging and progressive approach to music study is preparing to become available for children, teens and adults across the globe. Whether striving for ‘Guitar God’ status or simply wanting to strum along to a favourite song, Aaron’s enthusiasm and positivity gets students excited about learning guitar and feeling proud of their progress.
